Will Abbott
Will Abbott
Will serves as the Chief Executive Officer for 4 Eyes Capital and manages the firm’s strategy and risk across Public and Private markets.
Prior to joining 4 Eyes Capital in London in 2016, Will served as Managing Director for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Moscow, where he ran the bank’s Equities business in Russia from 2013-2016. Previously, he held a similar role as Managing Director and co-Head of Equities for Renaissance Capital in Moscow from 2010-2013.
Will has over 20 years experience in finance and has developed over this time a breadth of knowledge and key relationships to successfully navigate both public and private investments.
Will serves as Chairman of the Board of 4 Eyes Capital. He holds a BA Joint Hons in Politics and Russian Studies from the University of Bristol, UK.
Benjamin de Schoenburg Waldenburg
Benjamin de Schoenburg Waldenburg
Benjamin has been serving on the Board of Directors for 4 Eyes Capital since 2015. As a Partner and Family Officer of a large wealth manager in Geneva between 2008 to 2015, Benjamin spearheaded the portfolio composition of his main client, a leading French Family operating in the global Luxury segment. In 2015, he relocated to London to establish their UK office – laying the foundations of what has become 4 Eyes Capital.
In his role as Family Officer, he set up Private Equity and Real Estate SPVs – as well as regulated investment funds to defend and manage the Family’s interests, most often through complex financial transactions. In addition, he managed their public markets allocation both via direct investments and third-party investment managers.
Henna Paivatie-Cleary
Henna Paivatie-Cleary
Henna serves as Chief Operating Officer in charge of Operations and Finance. She has been with 4 Eyes Capital since the establishment of the London office in 2015 and serves on the Board of Directors.
As the firm’s Compliance Officer, Henna ensures strict and timely compliance with the continuously evolving regulatory environments across the several jurisdictions in which we operate.
Originally from Finland, Henna moved to London in 2005, where she started her career in Finance and Operations, initially for Cisco and then for Swiss private bank Bordier International’s UK entity.
Henna graduated Helsinki University with a B.SC. degree in business administration, economics and hospitality management.
Eugene Zabezhinsky
Eugene Zabezhinsky
Eugene (Gene) stands as a distinguished figure in the financial industry, with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in Capital Markets. His career has been marked by astute insights, strategic leadership and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Gene's journey began with a solid foundation, earning his Bachelor's degree at the esteemed University of California, Berkeley, where he delved into the complexities of finance.
Building on this, he pursued a Master's degree at the London School of Economics, mastering the intricacies of global markets. Gene then honed his skills further at Columbia Business School, attaining an MBA that provided a strategic perspective on business and finance.
Gene's career started at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, moving on to a tenure at Morgan Stanley where he navigated the dynamic world of equities and fixed income. Gene's journey continued as a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Capital Partners and Fiera Capital.
He orchestrated and managed diverse investment portfolios, consistently delivering robust returns for clients. His analytical prowess and ability to capitalise on market trends set him apart in the competitive landscape of fund management.
Gene joined 4 Eyes Capital Limited in December 2023 as our Fund and Portfolio Manager.
Ivan Ivanchenko
Ivan Ivanchenko
Ivan broke into the world of high finance in 2005 by joining Deutsche Bank London, trading credit and interest rate derivatives. He then moved to VTB in 2008 first as Head of Investment Strategy and then as Head of Principal Trading from 2010 - 2016, where he managed over $5bn across asset classes. Since 2016 he has been managing private money focusing on systematic delta-neutral strategies and digital assets.
Ivan joined 4 Eyes Capital Limited in March 2025 as our Portfolio Manager.
Ciaran Moore
Ciaran Moore
Ciaran is a dynamic finance professional with expertise in investment analysis and market research.
A graduate of the University of Bath, he gained practical experience at Morgan Stanley, contributing to the Cash Equities Product Control team.
As a Financial Analyst Intern at Morgan Stanley, Ciaran played a pivotal role in analysing trading revenue. His proficiency in working with large datasets and fostering cross-departmental relationships showcased his commitment to precision and collaboration.
Transitioning to client services and portfolio management, Ciaran served as an Associate at Partners Capital LLP in London where he oversaw FX exposures, executed trade plans and produced detailed performance reports. His versatility was evident in client interactions and involvement in diverse projects.
Ciaran joined 4 Eyes Capital Limited in January 2022 and specialises in the Global Macro & Equities team. Conducting comprehensive market analyses, he identifies investment opportunities and contributes to portfolio analysis and strategy optimisation.
Beyond core responsibilities, he enhances operational efficiency and leads projects, showcasing dedication to continuous improvement.
Mariana Nestoriac
Mariana Nestoriac
Mariana joined 4 EC in 2024 as an Executive Assistant and office manager.
Before joining 4 EC Mariana worked as an Executive Assistant for other international firms including Mark Capital (a real estate private equity firm based in London) and Splyt (a mobility startup backed by Softbank headquartered in London and Singapore).
She holds a degree in Law and Business studies.
