Will Abbott

Will serves as the Chief Executive Officer for 4 Eyes Capital and manages strategy and risk across multiple investment strategies. Prior to joining Segetia in London in 2016, Will was Managing Director for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Moscow, where he ran the bank’s Equities business in Russia from 2013-2016. Previously he held a similar role as Managing Director and co-Head of Equities for Renaissance Capital in Moscow from 2010-2013.

Will has close to 20 years’ experience in finance and has developed over this time a breadth of knowledge and key relationships to successfully navigate both public and private investments. Will serves as Chairman of the Board of Segetia (UK) Ltd. He holds a BA Joint Hons in Politics and Russian Studies from the University of Bristol, UK.

Benjamin de Schoenburg Waldenburg

Benjamin has made is career in financial markets over the last 20 years. As a partner and family officer of a large international wealth management company in Geneva between 2008 to 2018, Benjamin de Schoenburg Waldenburg has been involved in numerous projects on behalf of his main client, a French entrepreneur family with main involvement in a large industrial group dedicated to the luxury sector. He set up for them and other client’s different private equity, real estate SPVs and regulated investment funds to defend and manage their interests, most often through complex financial transactions.

In 2015, he established the London based FCA-regulated branch of this family office where he was acting as CEO. Benjamin co-founded in 2018 Liberi Partners, an alternative investment fund dedicated to Ancient Art, where he was overseeing portfolio management, client, prospective client and service provider relations. He is a Director of 4 Eyes Capital.

Henna Paivatie-Cleary

Henna originally from Finland moved to London where she has had a career within the Financial Sector for over 20 years, working for renowned international organisations such as Cisco and Bordier International.

In 2015, Henna joined Segetia (UK) as Head of Compliance and Finance and is a Director of 4 Eyes Capital.

Henna graduated Helsinki University with a B.Sc. degree in business administration, economics and hospitality management.

Eugene Zabezhinsky

Eugene (Gene) stands as a distinguished figure in the financial industry, with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in Capital Markets. His career has been marked by astute insights, strategic leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Gene's journey began with a solid foundation, earning his Bachelor's degree at the esteemed University of California, Berkeley, where he delved into the complexities of finance. Building on this, he pursued a Master's degree at the London School of Economics, mastering the intricacies of global markets. Gene then honed his skills further at Columbia Business School, attaining an MBA that provided a strategic perspective on business and finance.

Gene's career started at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, moving on to a tenure at Morgan Stanley where he navigated the dynamic world of equities and fixed income. Gene's journey continued as a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Capital Partners and Fiera Capital. He orchestrated and managed diverse investment portfolios, consistently delivering robust returns for clients. His analytical prowess and ability to capitalise on market trends set him apart in the competitive landscape of fund management.

Gene joined 4 Eyes Capital in December 2023 as our Fund and Portfolio Manager.

Ciaran Moore

Ciaran is a dynamic finance professional with expertise in investment analysis and market research. A graduate of the University of Bath, he gained practical experience at Morgan Stanley, contributing to the Cash Equities Product Control team.

As a Financial Analyst Intern at Morgan Stanley, Ciaran played a pivotal role in analysing trading revenue. His proficiency in working with large datasets and fostering cross-departmental relationships showcased his commitment to precision and collaboration.

Transitioning to client services and portfolio management, Ciaran served as an Associate at Partners Capital LLP in London where he oversaw FX exposures, executed trade plans, and produced detailed performance reports. His versatility was evident in client interactions and involvement in diverse projects.
